Delivery Options At Betty’s Teacup Puppies

We offer two secure and reliable delivery methods to bring your new furry family member home safely.
Option One: Pet Cargo Your puppy will be shipped to the nearest international airport via Pet Cargo. This method typically takes 6 to 8 weeks (or longer) depending on the destination, the age of the puppy, and airline availability. Puppies must weigh at least 2 lbs and be a minimum of 4 months old to fly via Pet Cargo. We cover transportation costs for the following major airports: LAX, JFK, ORD, SEA, DFW, IAD, ATL, LAS, SFO, YYZ, YUL, and YVR.

For other destinations, please inquire about our Personal Nanny Delivery Service. The Pet Cargo area on the plane is safe, pressurized, and temperature-controlled. Puppies are provided with food and water, and we will give you full details and pick-up instructions once the flight is confirmed.

Please note: • MIA (Miami) and DFW (Dallas Fort Worth) flights may take longer due to limited cargo space and may change without prior notice.

 No shipping to Australia, South Africa, Hawaii, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, or any African country except Morocco and South Africa.

Deliveries to Dubai (DXB), Saudi Arabia (RUH), Qatar (DOH), and Kuwait (KWI) are available for an additional $3000 cargo fee plus applicable import fees. 

 Option Two: Personal Delivery (In-Flight Nanny Service) For a more hands-on delivery experience, we offer our Personal Nanny Service. An experienced pet nanny will fly with your puppy in the airplane cabin and hand deliver them to you at your nearest major airport. This service is available worldwide, and delivery time depends on nanny availability. Our nannies fly on standby tickets, so exact arrival dates are subject to change. The nanny will remain in contact with you throughout the journey until the puppy is safely in your arms. Nanny delivery is required if direct Pet Cargo flights are unavailable to your city, or if your puppy weighs less than 2 lbs.

 In some cases, nanny service can be arranged sooner for eligible puppies—please inquire when reserving your puppy.

 Important Notes: Why does delivery take 2–8 weeks? Once payment is received, the following steps are required before delivery:

 Final veterinary check and export health certificate issued by a licensed government veterinarian
 Compliance with country-specific import/export regulations • Confirmation of airline availability and safe travel conditions Betty’s Teacup Puppies always puts the puppy’s health and safety first and reserves the right to postpone delivery if travel conditions are not suitable.

New U.S. Import Regulation – Starting August 1, 2024 All dogs entering or returning to the United States must meet new CDC guidelines based on where they’ve been in the past 6 months. Puppies must be at least 6 months old to enter the U.S.
 Payment & Deposit:  If paying via bank wire transfer, a $1000 deposit is required to place the puppy on hold. This deposit is valid for 72 hours.
